    • Last Will and Testament

    A testament is the simplest way of distributing your assets. Certain formal requirements must be adhered to, but contrary to the inheritance agreement, a testament can be changed at any time without the knowledge of the heirs. However, Art. 471 of the Swiss Civil Code (SCC *) clearly specifies that the statutory forced shares must always be observed.

    By appointing an executor you also ensure that your last will is actually complied with.
